The site is hosted on Vercel. Serving a page involves technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. The hosting service may keep request and security logs.

These pages do not load advertising scripts or set analytics cookies. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

Contacting the company

The company contact link opens your email app. It does not submit a website form. If you choose to send a message, Prime Elixir and its email service receive your email address, the message and any other information you include.

We use business correspondence to understand and respond to the inquiry and handle the resulting business relationship. Email providers process the correspondence as part of delivering and storing it. Please do not send client, case or medical information through this route.

Other destinations

Links to Catena and LinkedIn take you to separate websites. Their handling of information is described on those destinations. A company inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter.

This notice does not describe the handling of firm or matter data in a Catena engagement. Access, data handling and responsibilities for live work require separate arrangements before admission.
